Erica Carson is a New Jersey native and Boston College alum who relocated to Massachusetts in 2010. After graduating with degrees in Accounting and Marketing, Erica planted roots in the North End neighborhood of Boston and began her career in public accounting with Deloitte in Back Bay.

During her time at Deloitte, she obtained her CPA license and served clients in financial services, energy, and retail. Erica later made the switch to transaction advisory at Ernst & Young, where she worked with a number of top private equity firms. Erica’s prior work experience in accounting and advisory has allowed her to develop new and innovative approaches to the ever-changing landscape of the real estate market while consistently delivering valuable results to her clients whether they are buying a $300,000 condo or selling a $2.1 million home with exclusive golf course frontage.

As a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker, Erica resides in Winchester with her husband Kevin, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels - Bailey and Winnie. She maintains an active lifestyle through golf, spin classes, and yoga.
