She also has an eye for hidden gems. We would never have found the home we purchased several months ago and are in love with. Looking on Zillow & other similar sites is NOT a substitute for the expertise and service that Erica provided for us. Her background in finance was immensely helpful - we view our property both as a home and investment, and that was a big consideration while evaluating whether or not to put an offer. In the end, unsurprisingly, our property appreciated a ridiculous amount since we purchased it (only 7 months ago).
